Phone Etiquette:

Law assistants are in a tricky position when they answer the phone for their law firm. They need to be helpful to the client and help them feel cared for, but they also cannot give away too much information. The stakes are high because they are often dealing with highly personal and confidential information that the law firm is legally obligated to keep safe for the client. With this job aid, law assistants are easily able to reference the information they need to remember while on the phone with a client.
